'Wacky World Beaters'  is a 20 x half hour kid’s factual series featuring two highly competitive, slightly zany Hosts who set off on a global discovery tour of wacky competitions. Their mission?  To find the world’s ultimate wacky sport!

In this hilarious, action packed series Amberley Lobo and William Gill compete against the world’s best and each other in an array of crazy contests…from Bog Snorkelling in Wales, to Air Guitar Championships in Finland; Extreme Dog Grooming in Japan to the Pumpkin Regatta in Germany.

In each episode the Hosts arrive in a country and set off on their journey to the main event.  Along the way they stop off to discover more about the wacky local culture beginning with a wacky sport set up by local kids.  From backwards racing in Wales, to finger wrestling in Bavaria, a laughing competition in Thailand and boot throwing in Finland - these are all championship sports in the region and Amberley and Gilly are keen to compete against each other and give everything a go!

With only a little time left before the main event the Hosts have time for one more distraction - a round of Would You Rather.  In each country a group of local kids offer up two extremely gross, uncomfortable or extreme choices and in the Wacky World Beaters version the Host who loses the toss actually has to make the choice and carry it out.  With choices including eating a plate of fried bugs, chicken bums or a huge tuna eye ball to getting catapulted with bog, putting an octopus on your head or dance in a chicken suit this is one coin toss they don’t want to lose!

Finally they arrive in town for the main event and no matter how preposterous, physically demanding or stomach churning the competition, Ambo and Gilly give it their best shot, taking on a fast-tracked, personalised training regime. Whether it be seeking out previous champions, junior competitors, local props and costume makers, event organisers or resident experts they’ll find the right team to help them hone their skills.   And when Game Day arrives they’re ready to take on anybody or anything!

When the final siren sounds and the overall winner is announced we find out who won between Amberley and Gilly with the winner awarded a point.   Who will come out on top at the end of the season?

Next up its time to rate the event for wackiness using the Wacky World Beaters unique ratings system.  Points are awarded for Grossness, Originality, Laughs and Difficulty.  Which event will score the highest and be named the world’s ultimate wacky sport?

This amazing new series shows viewers the wacky side of people from all over the world.  It’s a fast-paced romp across the globe as Amberley and Gilly uncover crazy customs, wacky historical facts and goofy geographical icons wherever they go!

Most recently, Scotty and the Ninjas kitted out the Spyvan with long reach surveillance gear, GPS navigation, satellite link-up, a few sleeping bags and of course, Scotty’s fluffy slippers and were on a mission to prank as many Aussie kids as possible!

This time kids in Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth could be the newest member of the Prank Patrol team or find themselves at the centre of the ultimate gotcha moment.

In the third series of the hit ABC3 show, Scotty Tweedie returned, armed with a swag of brand new, original pranks.  From spooky to icky, explosive to mind bending…these pranks never fail to shock, surprise, confuse or just leave their target in hysterics.

And for the first time ever, the Aussie Ninjas are let loose to pull off their own pranks on an unsuspecting public.  Our Ninjas wreak havoc on street corners, bus stops, parks and beaches in their inimitable style.

Prank Patrol showcases the best movie making tricks to help pull off these pranks of a lifetime.  Experts come from fields including explosives, special FX make-up, props builders, dance choreographers, scientists, animators and audio engineers.

Best of all Prank Patrol gives real Aussie kids a chance to star in their favourite show and to hand pick the person they’ve always wanted to prank.

It’s no wonder the kids of Australia can’t wait to see more Prank Patrol on ABC3!
