In 2017, active produced ‘The Kings - A Love Story’ an intimate documentary for Discovery featuring Joey and Angelina Mead King. In 2018, active added ‘Live Comedy’ to its extensive list of specialised formats and Netflix to its growing number of industry partners with the production of three comedy specials, premiering in all Netflix territories around the world.
activeTV's flagship event in Australia, Woolworths Carols in the Domain, has been produced in-house for over 30 years and is broadcast nationally on Channel 7 to over 2 million viewers. In 2016, activeTV took under its wing South Australia's largest Christmas event, QBE Insurance Carols by Candlelight. Active also produced the kids' hidden camera hit show ‘PRANK PATROL’ for ABC TV Australia.

The long-standing cricket rivalry between Australia and the United Kingdom was the basis of ‘The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes’. Two teams of undiscovered British and Australian professional mixed martial arts fighters from the lightweight and welterweight categories competed for a lucrative contract with the UFC.
The long-standing cricket rivalry between Australia and the United Kingdom was the basis of ‘The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes’. Two teams of undiscovered British and Australian professional mixed martial arts fighters from the lightweight and welterweight categories competed for a lucrative contract with the UFC. This season was the second international instalment of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ and was filmed exclusively in Australia. 12 hour long episodes aired on ESPN UK and FX in Australia. Ross Pearson and George Sotiropoulos were coaches for the UK and Australia respectively. This program follows the fighters living under the same roof, training together and fighting each other until one remains as ‘The Ultimate Fighter’.
World Superbikes
activeTV has been responsible for providing all local facilities and personnel for the world feed of the Australian round of the World Superbike Championship.
activeTV worked with the event organisers, Infront Sports & Media, and the event promoters to produce a spectacular coverage of the championship series round, held at Victoria's Phillip Island Race Circuit and beamed live to a worldwide audience.
