In 2017, active produced ‘The Kings - A Love Story’ an intimate documentary for Discovery featuring Joey and Angelina Mead King. In 2018, active added ‘Live Comedy’ to its extensive list of specialised formats and Netflix to its growing number of industry partners with the production of three comedy specials, premiering in all Netflix territories around the world.
activeTV's flagship event in Australia, Woolworths Carols in the Domain, has been produced in-house for over 30 years and is broadcast nationally on Channel 7 to over 2 million viewers. In 2016, activeTV took under its wing South Australia's largest Christmas event, QBE Insurance Carols by Candlelight. Active also produced the kids' hidden camera hit show ‘PRANK PATROL’ for ABC TV Australia.

Michael McKay
President
Michael McKay is an award winning Executive Producer, Director and Creator of programming with over 30 years of network television experience.
Michael has enjoyed worldwide recognition as an Executive Producer/Director of The Amazing Race franchise based on the 13 Primetime Emmy Award winning US version created by Bertram van Munster and Elise Doganieri. He has produced The Amazing Race Asia for AXN (the third season nominated for an International Emmy in 2009), The Amazing Race Australia for Seven Network (the first season winning an International Emmy in 2012), The Amazing Race Israel in Hebrew for Reshet and was a Producer/Consultant Producer on several of the US versions.
Michael is also a multi-award winning sports production executive. He was the Host Broadcast Consultant for the 2006 Commonwealth Games and has overseen the 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 World Superbike Championship rounds in Australia.

Kay Lawrence
General Manager, Australia
Kay is a highly accomplished General Manager and Executive Producer with an exceptional track record of delivering successful productions. Kay has a demonstrated ability to forge and sustain relationships with the Australian and international industry to optimise opportunities and secure finance for projects. Kay's track record of success in negotiating deals which deliver substantial benefits to all parties by devising innovative structures and approaches is second to none.
Kay spent 14 years with Jonathan M Shiff Productions as General Manager and Executive Producer and during this time financed more than $110m in production including $11m from private investment in Fiji.
Her credits include Executive Producer - H20 Just Add Water; Wicked Science Series 1 & 2; Pirate Islands Series 1 & 2; Cybergirl, Scooter: Secret Agent; Thunderstone Series 1,2 & 3 and four series of the highly acclaimed BAFTA winning Ocean Girl.

Christopher Berry
Chief Operating Officer, Asia
Christopher Berry is an award winning seasoned professional with more than three decades of production and post-production experience in television and film. He is a successful executive with a passion for programme development and production.
Chris has a thorough understanding of the production world, programme making & process, and a track record of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget.
His production slate as Executive Producer and Producer across a wide variety of genres includes: Project Greenlight Australia Series 1 & 2, feature films ‘SOLO’ and’ The View From Greenhaven’, Michael Buble’s ‘Canada’, ‘Fish Out Of Water’ and the Vancouver ‘Sea To Sky Games’. His documentary work was recognised with Australia’s highest television honour with a Logie Award for the acclaimed He’s Coming South. Chris’ reality television credits include ‘The Phone’ and ‘Asia’s Next Top Model, Cycle 2’.

Shauna Kane
Head of Production, Australia
Shauna Kane has over 25 years experience in the television industry with a special focus on live studio, outside broadcasts and event productions. She started her career at the Nine Network where she worked for 15 years on productions including ‘Today Show’, ‘A Current Affair’, ‘Hey Hey It’s Saturday’ and ‘The Logie Awards’. Shauna has also worked for the Seven Network on ‘The Royal Children’s Hospital Benefit Gala’, ‘Twins’ and ‘What Not to Wear’.
Shauna’s extensive knowledge and expertise enables her to enhance activeTV’s already established reputation in live event spectaculars, international series production, high-level sports production and event management in both entertainment and corporate events.
Shauna’s credits include Co-Executive Producer of ‘Woolworths Carols in the Domain’, Producer and Project Facilitator for the Australian component of CBS’s ‘The Amazing Race’, Producer of the ‘Australian Country Music Awards’ and Head of Production of ‘The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes’.

Kristina Brazenell
Group Finance Manager, Australia
Kristina started her career as a Junior EA to the GM of The Herald and Weekly Times; working closely with the Directors who sat along what was known as ‘Mahogany Row’. From here, she moved into advertising and eventually television production when she started a small accounting business.
After starting a family, Kristina joined activeTV as a Finance Manager, where she is responsible for the implementation of improved accounting systems, together with the overall financial management of activeTV, including government rebates.
Kristina has worked on an array of production budgets in both local and foreign currency, producing Cost Reports for the highly acclaimed 'The Amazing Race' and 'Woolworths Carols in the Domain'. She has also worked on many of activeTV's production facilitations and children’s programming, Prank Patrol and Wacky World Beaters for ABC Television

Tansy Tan
Finance Manager, Asia
With more than six years of hands on experience in the finance sector working in industries like petroleum, transport, media and shared services, Tansy manages all financial matters in the Singapore office. With her strong financial knowledge and high level skills in Excel, she is known for her efficiency.
With a Diploma in IT, she is very tech savvy and always ready to resolve IT issues in the office!

Melissa Anthony
Senior Producer, Asia
Melissa's career in television began more than a decade ago. Throughout the years, she has managed many programmes of various genres from development to delivery. Her previous work includes TV programs produced for MediaCorp Vasantham, MediaCorp Suria and Star World.
She has won an award for her work in MediaCorp Vasantham and has also completed a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Mass Communication from RMIT University.
Melissa’s credits in activeTV include The Food Detectives Seasons 1 and 2, Asia’s Next Top Model Season 2, The Amazing Race Israel Season 4, and The Amazing Race Philippines. Her eagled-eyed meticulousness has ensured that budgets are well-managed and logistics, well-executed.

Jacqueline Tan
Senior Account Manager, Asia
Previously working at Viacom International and Shine Group as their International Sales Distribution Director, Jacqueline has worked across an array of genres and familiar names such as Spongebob, Dora the Explorer, MasterChef and The Biggest Loser.
Jacqueline's experience is vast . . from Program Distribution, Content Operations, Commercial and Ancillary, Brand Management and now Production! At activeTV, she works across Mandarine productions (speaking the language fluently) such as China's Got Talent - The Dream Experience.

Coryn Jones
Head of Digital, Australia
With extensive experience in integrated approaches to content creation and digital strategy, Coryn is known for pushing the boundaries of traditional platforms, exploring new means for consumers to connect with brands, content and live experiences.
With a background in ideating and executing experiential activations, sponsorships and bespoke content across industries including Radio, Television, Entertainment, Creative Agency and Start-Up environments, she has a natural flair for brand and talent leveraging, a passion for digital innovation . . . and all things not invented yet.

Louisa Lim
Office Manager, Asia
Fluent in several Asian languages, Louisa joined the activeTV family after relocating to Singapore from Malaysia. She enjoys the constant challenges in television production and recently assisted on The Amazing Race Ukraine when it stopped through Singapore. With strong interpersonal skills and a distinct flair for organization, Louisa plays a key part in activeTV's day-to-day business in Asia.

Lyon Sutjipto
Senior Editor, Asia
When not playing the blues on his guitar, Lyon sits in front of multiple screens in darkened rooms all over Singapore. Weaving stories, colour grading and generally fixing things in post since 2011, he actively works on a great variety of edits and grades ranging from corporates to digital content, television commercials and broadcast content.
At activeTV he has worked on The Food Detectives Seasons 2 and 3, Cash Cab Philippines, Celebrity Car Wars Seasons 1 and 2, If My Block Could Talk, The Kings and three of ActiveTV's Netflix Originals - "I Told You So", "Almost Banned" and "Everybody Calm Down".
